DNA 雙螺旋結(jié)構(gòu)的發(fā)現(xiàn)不僅揭開(kāi)了遺傳學(xué)奧秘,也讓人類把DNA做為智能生物材料而進(jìn)行工程改造創(chuàng)造了可能。近年來(lái),結(jié)構(gòu)DNA納米科技(structural DNA nanotechnology)如DNA折紙術(shù)(DNA origami)、單鏈DNA瓦(Single-stranded tile)蓬勃發(fā)展。與此同時(shí),動(dòng)態(tài)DNA納米科技(dynamic DNA nanotechnology)也發(fā)生了革命性的進(jìn)展。基于單鏈取代(strand displacement)的邏輯門和信號(hào)放大器為在溶液中實(shí)現(xiàn)任意化學(xué)反應(yīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)成為可能。基于這些技術(shù),DNA集成電路、DNA機(jī)械控制、DNA圖像處 理等功能被相繼實(shí)現(xiàn)。在這次報(bào)告中,我將介紹動(dòng)態(tài)DNA納米科技的理論基礎(chǔ),即DNA雜交及單鏈取代的熱力學(xué)和動(dòng)力學(xué),對(duì)近來(lái)該領(lǐng)域的關(guān)鍵進(jìn)展作出綜述, 并著重介紹我本人在DNA信號(hào)放大器和圖像處理器方面的工作。
